Carpet Cleaning
Seaside Carpet & Pest Solution use HWE (hot water extraction) as its primary method for carpet cleaning but also offer Encapsulation Cleaning methods.
Our truck mount is designed to provide extreme heat to remove soil help kill bacteria and allow for a faster drying process. We also use Rotary machines when required to offer an even deeper clean.

Pre-Inspection
We do a walk-through in your home to identify the type of carpet fiber, its condition and any type of stains commonly found in residences (food, beverage, pet, oils etc.)
Pre-Vac
Using our powerful commercial vacuum, we thoroughly vacuum to recover all dry and loose soil, removing over 72% of soiling from your carpets
Pre-Spray
We apply one of our eco-friendly cleaning products to break down traffic area, soils and other spots. In addition, we may use spotters on the tougher marks and stains.
Steam Clean Rinse
Here we use our state-of-the-art hot water extraction system to thoroughly flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated to not over-wet the carpet.
Post Cleaning Inspection
Once we have completed the entire clean, you will review our work and can ask any last questions so we can make sure that you are 100% satisfied.

Urine Decontamination treatment
Pet Urine seeps down into the carpet backing and even the underlay. At the time of inspection we use our black light and moisture metres to pinpoint the exact location of the urine, we identify all pet urine spots in the house and then saturate the troubled areas with a solution that contains oxidizers with enzymes and odour eliminator. We use a tool called a water claw to try and remove as much if not all of the urine from your carpets. Your technician will advise on the day the best option for you and your requirements and if your carpets can be restored.
A longer dwell time is required because it needs to reach deep into the pad. After the dwell time, the solution is water-clawed in order to absorb the urine. It is then flushed out with hot water extraction that eliminates the stains and odors.
